I would just tell you, that I recieved the pulley and belts last friday.
I honestly didn't expect that I would hear much difference. 
It was just that the very slight offcenterness (if that is a word) of the Malaysian one triggered my OCD tendencies.
I stand corrected - the difference really is quite significant.
If it is the pulley or the belts or both I don't know - I only know that the sound is clearer and more relaxed. And that it allows more details now.
It really is the smallest things!
