"Just letting you know that all my parts arrived today all safe and sound. Got a chance tonight to set it all up and give it a run. The new platter and bearing housing have made a huge difference to the sonic qualities of the table. I removed the belt and free spun the subplatter prior to changing out the bearing housing and with a good flick it rotated about two revolutions. Changed out the bearing assembly and gave it another flick test and it rotated effortlessly and did at least 8 to 10 revolutions. A lot smoother than the original bronze bearing which means there is obviously a lot less friction. (...) The pulley and belts were spot on. Clamp works great and the platter maintains perfect speed stability. I reset the speed on the Rega speed controller and with a strobe disc had it spot on. Thank you so much for your assistance. I think I am finally done tweaking my Rega P25 and the beauty is that if I ever decided to sell it I can strip it back to stock and sell off all the upgrades. I have no plans to sell it though, I love the music that it makes."
