Our customers all around the world... My DIY turntable upgrade is now finished! I received the Tangospinner and record clamp already some times ago, but had issues with the pulley. The pulley was too short for my turntable. At this point I want to thank Gus for his outstanding support during intensive root cause analysis and fault finding. This was not too easy, since dimesions were different compared to a standard Rega TT. Gus sent me a new pulley with perfect height for free!!! although I feel that it was mine fault, since I did not tell all requirements during ordering process. Thank you again, Gus, for this super support! The sound of my turntable improved a lot and listening makes so much fun! Thank you again, my friend, for your great support!
