I fitted the Feet, the sub platter, platter, centre weight and I think most importantly the bearing insert. The deck is now silent and super smooth. The disappearance of background noise really is stunning. These upgrades cost roughly what I paid for it in 1988. There is no way to better the deck by buying a new one for that kind of money. Unfortunately the improvements in the deck has highlighted that my phono stage needs upgrading. It sounds like it’s strangling the deck! Cheers Gus. Can’t recommend this gear highly enough!"
