Tal from IJsselstein, Netherlands "When i came to install it on my RP3 i saw that the motor fell so i fix it with 
screws and washers.
My motor always was quiet but there was always noise when
the turntable cover was close (kind hummmm noise) and i could hear
it from 3 meters.
After installing your sub platter the turntable is dead quiet and the turntable
that always sound great now sound perfect, it is quiet  and clear more then ever.
I used your bearing ball and oil and not the belt (i have the white one).
