"The Pugliese Upgrade Kit for my 25 year old Rega Planar 3 arrived 7 days after I ordered it which was amazing.

Installation of the sub platter and bearing was very easy following you clear instructions. I had a slight problem with fitting the brass pulley as it turned out that my motor was not centre to the plinth hole. Thanks to your help and patient guidance through a couple of email exchanges I had manged to centre the motor perfectly.

I have been listening all weekend and I can honestly say that I was not expecting such a major improvement. The sound now is much less muddled and is a lot more defined and musical - a joy to listen to. I didn't realise just how harsh the sound was before I upgraded.

I was also considering upgrading my phono stage but now feel that I don't need to. I am delighted with the sound I have achieved with your excellent Zirconia Hi Lube Subplatter (with Opal belt and ceramic bearing) and Brass Pulley.
